• Define, for a given point in the future, what your firm will look like and act like at that time.
• Define your corporate vision.
• Document your set of corporate values, which comprise the fabric of who you are as a company.
• Document what markets you will be serving and what needs you are satisfying for each market.
• Develop a set of Long-Term corporate Objectives.
• Develop a set of Short-Term Objectives.
• Establish a game plan to move your company from where it is toward realization of the above vision.
